The cleanliness was my absolute favorite part in the stay. All questions asked were asked in a timely manner. Loved how parking was very accommodating and they had me park in a great area real close to our room.

There's no escalator at this location which maybe not decribed in the statement when we were booking. The stairs are not too long to the 2nd floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use their microwave in their stocking room.

The beds very very comfortable and the staff was all very attentive and friendly, both at the desks and in the bar/restaurant. My mother and I stayed here to attend a concert and we were able to walk to/from, which was a huge plus for our trip. It was a bonus that the hotel made Starbucks and had solid breakfast on site.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great price, no parking fee, great location for our needs.. I loved the number of TV's in the restaurant/ bar area, plenty of seating. Best shower in any hotel I've ever stayed at in my life time.
